What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Orders over £50,00 are delivered FREE and orders under £50.00 value are charged a flat rate of £3.95

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept PayPal and Visa Debit, MasterCard.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to deliver your item(s) as quickly and efficiently as we can.

All of packages are sent out via DPD or Royal Mail tracked and signed delivery service

Europe – 3-5 days £9.99
Turkey – 3-5 days £9.99
USA and Canada 5-7 days £15.99
Australia – 5-7 days £15.99
New Zealand 5-7!days £15.99
United Arab Emirates – 5-7 days £15.99
Rest of world 5-7 days £15.99

All UK orders over £50 are automatically entitled to free delivery

All other countries with orders over £99 are automatically entitled to free delivery

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you require an exchange in size/colour, simply return the item(s) to us at the address below with their original tags and packaging within 14 days of the receipt. We’ll be happy to exchange or refund the item as long as they are unworn and they still have the labels attached.

Returns are processed within 3 working days of us receiving the goods back. It may take longer to process your return on Bank Holidays or at Christmas.

Please allow up to a 3-5 working days for refunds to show on your account. We’ll refund you by the same method as payment.

You must complete a returns form and send it with the goods. The returns form can be downloaded here.

Exchanges

We can only exchange an item for a different size or colour in the same style or for a different product of the same price as the original item unless an additional payment is made.

Return Information: Please ensure all packages are sent back recorded delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.

Received The Wrong Items?

Unsuccessful Deilvery

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a card will be left at the delivery address to arrange collection from the delivery service provider. These instructions will have a time limit.
